Exam Pattern and Syllabus
The Railway RRB Technician Selection Test consisted of two stages: (1) Computer Based Test (CBT) 100 Marks, (2) Trade Specific Qualifying Test (optional), (3) Document Verification. CBT contained questions from General Awareness, Arithmetic, General Intelligence, and General Science.
Exam duration was 90 minutes, and there was negative marking of 1/3rd mark for every incorrect answer. Syllabus coverage mainly focused on Class 10th & 12th standards with ight additions from Diploma subjects where applicable.

Pay Scale
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly pay along with other perks and allowances. Technician Grade-III scale ranges between 19,900 63,200 with Level 3 under 7th Pay Commission. Technicians also enjoy DA, HRA, TA, Medical Allowances and pension benefits post-retirement.

Selection Procedure
